The Coltellerie Marcello Beltrame Company originated in the middle of the last century out of the family tradition of blacksmith cutlers who have been working in Maniago since the 1800’s.
Over the last few years the company has specialized in the production of high-quality professional knives and tools marketed under the “Due Ancore” brand. The careful and continuous selection of materials, the use of the most advanced and innovative technologies, along with meticulous supervision during the manufacturing phases guarantee the quality of our products. Our blades are made of molybdenum-vanadium Stainless Steel, which guarantees excellent cutting quality, a long-lasting cutting edge and high-corrosion resistance. The handles, made of PP and POM, are nontoxic, nonslip and ergonomic.
Our products are suitable for contact with food, sterilizable and dishwasher-safe.
